An evening with the celebrated film director, Ken Loach, talking about the making of his film, Looking for Eric, which featured the lives of Manchester United and FC United supporters. Ken is a fervent supporter of Bath City and says that while the film raised many issues about football, alongside sit messages about approaches to life in general.
Ken's other gritty films of renown include Kes, Poor Cow, The Spirit of 45, Route Irish, Ladybird Ladybird and Land and Freedom and TV productions such as Up the Junction and Cathy Come Home.
You can reserve your seat for free but all entrants will be charged £1 on the door and asked for a donation if they can afford it to go to the FC United Development Fund.
The evening is part of a series of “FC Talk-In” football-related events that the club aims to put on for supporters and the local community.
